Our guarantee

At Classyon, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied. However in the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the items to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch for customers within Australia and within 30 days for international customers, in its original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached.

To return an item to us simply place the item inside a sealable container with the returns form filled out including the reason for returning (too small, too big, bought two sizes, not as expected, faulty). The returns form is available on our website. You can complete the returns form and submit online. Please print a copy for your records and include a copy with the return product for our records.

We will notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

All items will be inspected upon return. You must return the item(s) to us in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel.

Please allow 10 - 14 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process a refund. We will issue your refund via Paypal.

If you are outside of our 14 day returns policy, it is with regret that we cannot refund.

Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will not accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Due to health reasons ‘change of mind’ cosmetics, earrings, underwear and swimwear are not able to be returned unless faulty

To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post or at least have a way to track delivery of goods
